There is one of 3 reasons why you haven't received a Fast Start Bonus.  1) The new member was placed there by your sponsor, which means your sponsor received the Fast Start Bonus.  2) The new member joined online, but has not purchased product.  Commissions are only paid once a member purchases product.  3)  The commission check is in the mail and just hasn't arrived yet.
Only "paid" members have access to the TruIntegrity members area.  If you signed up, but did not order product within 72 hours, your account has been marked "inactive."  To activate your account, simply purchase a TruIntegrity product on "Auto-Ship."  Email the home office, and we will gladly activate your account so you can place your order.
